Once again we have some Proud Aussie brands featured in 'Kaisercraft' papers teamed up with Tinby Deisgns new Color Crush powder. We also have a Derivan product that you might not have tried before all finished with some 'less conventional scrappy supplies and embellishing elements including die cuts ALREADY done for you!! These are all teamed up with some cardstock as well! What a great time to become a Member!

my 'Withstanding the flight of time- Geneva' using this month’s fantastic monochromatic 

‘Creative flight’ kit.

 

This is a simple layout using black and white photos of the old homes in Zermatt to complement the monochromatic wood paper in this kit. 

The items in the kit used include the hessian used in a innovative way, the quote, word and picture papers, Liquorice Color Crush powder and enamel shapes.

Creative Flight Kit Release

Beck has been busy creating three fun layouts to share you lots of new techniques to have a go with the help of 3 videos of course!  As you can see another kit jam packed for you to learn and get creative with and Beck along with the very talented Arty Chic's will show you how!   We have gone all monochromatic in this month's kit so Beck has had to steer away from all the fun bright colours she loves to use!

Own Kind of Beautiful

Hello Scrappy Chat Designs friends! Kim here to share with you my 3rd layout from the 'Vintage Garden' kit. I really enjoyed creating with this kit, the papers are totally gorgeous. The Quilling tool & strips, stamp from 'Prima', alpha's and gorgeous gold Metallic Lustre make for one inspiring box of goodies! I really had a rip-roaring time.....creating peek-a-boo's and similar tearing elements on the page.

She Has Blossomed

Hello Scrappy Chat friends! Fiona back with you again with my second creation from the "Vintage Garden" kit. This time I did go a bit vintage. I really couldn't help myself .... it was all the blossoms that did it!! The Ruby Rock-it papers are just so beautiful. I couldn't resist. So I channeled my inner vintage and created this!

 This layout has incorporated in it, an incredible amount of depth. My tech sheet demonstrates how I achieved this along with a printable stencil for you to use to create the leaves in the background.

Oh So Vintage (For me!)

Hello Scrappy Chat Designs friends! It's Heather with you today to share my next layout using this month's Vintage Garden kit. There are some awesome products in this kit. There are terrific papers and cardstock of course but there is also quilling papers and tool, gorgeous gold Metallic Lustre, alphas, a gorgeous Prima stamp and some foil card.

I didn't use the quilling in this layout (cos I used it heaps in my last one!), however I think I used just about everything else.

On this layout I show a great way for using up alpha stickers. I stamped onto my background paper, stuck my alphas on top then painted over them. When the paint dried I carefully peeled the stickers off to show the different layers underneath. Cool!

I die cut a shape from the foil card and added Metallic Lustre on top. The gorgeous butterflies came from one of the papers.

Vogue - A Layout From Fiona

Hello Scrappy Chat peeps! Fiona here with you today to share with you my first layout using the "Vintage Garden" kit. Not that mine is very vintage .... it's rather modern actually, and I quilled a feather!!!

I created this layout recently while I was on holidays.

I did actually meet a real life quiller, and she did offer to teach me how to do it properly, but ....... I am really not very patient and this quilling thing, it takes a LOT of patience ..... so, I made a feather!!! and it still took me all night! but I love it.

All the background stamping with paint techniques are shared with you in the members technique sheet.

Scrappy Chat 'Vintage Gardens' kit- 'Forgotten Memories' -Sandi

  Hi, Scrappy Chat Designs friends!

It’s Sandi and I’d like to share with you how I created this layout using this month’s fabulous ‘Vintage Garden’ kit.

 

  For this layout I chose 'Stopwatch' and the reverse side of 'Blossom' from the 'Faded Empire' paper collection. It's like time had been wound back for my mum when we discovered this photo of her dad/my pop. Great memories that had been forgotten.
